Windsor is located in Malta and all purchases include free delivery to any address in Malta & Gozo.

 

Customers Residing in Malta: We offer you two methods for placing your orders with us. You may opt to place an order without payment. In this case one of our customer service representatives will call you to discuss your order with you and discuss method of payment. Payment on delivery may also accepted in certain cases.

 

You may also opt to order and pay immediately online. This will speed up your order and ordered items will be immediately placed on our delivery list. If the items you have chosen are in stock you should receive these within three working days.

 

Larger stock items such as furniture requiring installation by our in-house installers might take a bit longer to have delivered.

 

In any case; you will always be contacted by customer service prior to dispatching goods. This will enable us to confirm that you have selected the right products to meet your requirements. So purchase our products in confidence. We will always be there to assist you.

 

International Customers: We are also pleased to deal with international customers. In your case, the online shop will initially accept your order without payment. You may then expect to be contacted by customer care who will discuss shipping methods with you. Once method and price have been agreed; you will then be asked to continue with payment.
